Step 1:
3D design concepts
Using our interactive design studio, choose a pattern, choose your colours, add text or a logo and see your 3D Loones come to life. Re-work your ideas as many times as you like. When you are happy with your design we will email it to you. If you don’t see what you want in the design studio just hit In-house Designer above to work directly with our design team to create your bespoke design.
Step 2:
Finalise your design
We’ll work closely with you to perfect your final design before production begins. Once approved, you’ll receive a high-quality PDF proof, confirm your required sizes and quantities and make payment. Minimum order is 6.
Step 3:
Production & delivery
Once you have confirmed final approval, your order will enter production. Production typically takes 4-5 weeks. Your Loones are shipped to us from Canada, we carefully check, package and prepare your order before dispatching it via next day UK courier delivery.

Frequently asked questions
How much are a pair of Loones?
If you’d like to create your own custom Loones, get in touch with our team. Pricing varies depending on quantities, design requirements and order volumes.
Is there a minimum order value?
For customised Loones we require an order of 6 or more. This is because the set up process for the digital sublimation is just not cost effective to make less than 6 of any item. Don’t think of 6 as a barrier to getting your design made up, we’re sure you can find 5 friends or family to love your design as much as you do!
How long will my Loones take to arrive?
Delivery will be 4-5 weeks after the order is placed. Our production team work really hard to make sure your Loones get to you as fast as possible but because they are made especially for you it does take a bit longer!
What size should I order?
Loones are meant to be long and baggy – just comfy!! The size guide can be found on each product page by clicking the “size guide” button. The finished product is true to size and there is no shrinking in the wash or tumble dryer, either the first time or the 100th time they are washed!
For custom Loones adult sizes can also come in TALL and SHORT sizing. A tall size adds an extra 2 inches to the length of your Loones, while a short size is 4 inches shorter.
